Online Training - Tier 1
Tier 1 Online Training provides athletes with professional structure and direction while allowing them to train independently. This tier is designed for athletes who want expert programming without ongoing management.
This is programming, not full coaching.
What Tier 1 Includes
1. Individualized Training Program
Athletes receive a structured training program built around:
-
Training age and experience
-
Sport demands
-
Current phase of training
Programs are block-based and progression-driven, not random or constantly changing.
2. Clear Weekly Structure
Each program includes:
-
Prescribed exercises, sets, and reps
-
Clear intent for each session
-
Logical progression across training blocks
This removes guesswork and allows athletes to train confidently on their own.
3. Monthly Program Updates
Programs are updated monthly to:
-
Adjust volume and intensity
-
Progress exercises appropriately
-
Maintain alignment with training goals
This ensures long-term development without unnecessary complexity.
4. Limited Coaching Support
Tier 1 includes:
-
Weekly asynchronous message check-in
-
One video technique review every other week
Support is focused and intentional — not continuous back-and-forth.
What Tier 1 Does NOT Include
-
Live coaching calls
-
Ongoing week-to-week program changes
-
Readiness or fatigue monitoring
-
Priority messaging
This tier is not designed for constant oversight.
Who Tier 1 Is Best For
-
Highly self-sufficient athletes
-
Athletes with prior training experience
-
Athletes who want structure, not hand-holding
-
Athletes training independently or in team environments
Important Expectation
Athletes in Tier 1 are expected to:
-
Follow the program as written
-
Self-regulate loads responsibly
-
Communicate clearly during check-ins
Athletes needing frequent adjustments or closer management are better served in higher tiers.
