Online Training - Tier 2
Tier 2 Online Training is designed for athletes who want active guidance, accountability, and refinement, while still training independently.
This tier bridges the gap between basic programming and high-performance management.
What Tier 2 Includes
1. Individualized Performance Programming
Athletes receive a structured training program based on:
-
Training age and experience
-
Sport demands
-
Current training phase
Programming follows clear blocks with logical progression — not random weekly workouts.
2. Ongoing Coaching Feedback
Tier 2 includes:
-
Regular technique video feedback (reasonable volume)
-
Coaching guidance on execution, loading, and intent
This allows athletes to correct errors and improve efficiency, not just complete sessions.
3. Monthly Live Coaching Call
Athletes receive:
-
One live coaching call per month (30 minutes)
Used to:
-
Review training progress
-
Address technical issues
-
Adjust goals or expectations
-
Clarify program direction
4. Bi-Weekly Program Adjustments
Programs are reviewed and adjusted every two weeks to:
-
Account for progress or setbacks
-
Refine exercise selection
-
Manage volume and intensity
This ensures training evolves appropriately without overreacting week to week.
What Tier 2 Does NOT Include
-
Weekly live calls
-
Continuous daily adjustments
-
Full readiness monitoring
-
Priority communication channels
This tier provides guidance, not constant management.
Who Tier 2 Is Best For
-
Athletes who want accountability and feedback
-
Athletes transitioning from in-person to remote
-
Athletes who benefit from periodic coaching input
-
Athletes who do not require weekly decision-making
Expectations
Athletes in Tier 2 are expected to:
-
Follow the program as written
-
Submit videos when feedback is needed
-
Communicate clearly during check-ins
Athletes needing weekly optimization or closer monitoring are better suited for Tier 3 or Tier 4.
