Tier 3 Online Training is designed for athletes who require active performance management, not just guidance. This is the tier where training is continuously refined, monitored, and aligned with performance outcomes.

This is where remote coaching starts to resemble in-person coaching.


What Tier 3 Includes

1. Fully Individualized Performance Programming
Programming is built around:

  • Sport demands

  • Training age and competitive level

  • Current performance phase

  • Strength, power, and speed priorities

Training is structured in blocks but managed week to week based on performance and readiness.


2. Weekly Program Adjustments
Programs are reviewed and adjusted every week to:

  • Progress loads and intensities

  • Modify volume when needed

  • Adjust exercises based on performance and fatigue

This prevents stagnation and unnecessary fatigue.


3. Live Coaching Calls (2× per Month)
Athletes receive:

  • Two live coaching calls per month

Used for:

  • Technical review

  • Training strategy

  • Phase planning

  • Performance goal alignment


4. Weekly Readiness & Performance Monitoring
Tier 3 includes monitoring of:

  • Sleep quality

  • Soreness and fatigue

  • CNS readiness indicators

  • Training output trends

This allows decisions to be made before problems show up.


5. Regular Performance Checkpoints
Athletes track key metrics such as:

  • Jump performance (CMJ / RSI)

  • Sprint metrics (when available)

  • Key strength indicators

Progress is measured, not assumed.


What Tier 3 Does NOT Include

  • Daily live calls

  • Unlimited messaging

  • Non-training or lifestyle coaching

This tier is focused exclusively on performance.


Who Tier 3 Is Best For

  • Competitive athletes preparing for seasons

  • Athletes chasing PRs, roster spots, or scholarships

  • Athletes with clear performance timelines

  • Athletes who want professional-level oversight remotely


Expectations

Athletes in Tier 3 are expected to:

  • Train consistently

  • Provide honest readiness feedback

  • Submit videos and data when requested

  • Take ownership of execution

Athletes unwilling to engage with feedback or monitoring will not benefit fully from this tier.
